   Antibody Station attempts to help researchers achieve what they do best, conduct research using antibodies. Due to the nature of research, and its variability in cell model systems, lab environments, reagents, and many other factors, we can not be held responsible for any problems, losses of time or money, or anything negative that may occur by using the information we supply. Some of our information links to and comes from outside sources and we cannot be held accountable for those as well. Antibody Station is reviewed by several experts in the field and information is checked for accuracy, however as humans do make mistakes we cannot be held accountable.

(b) Antibody Station makes no warranty or guarantees that:

i) the Service will meet your requirements or needs,

ii) the Service will be un-interrupted, timely, secure, or error-free,

iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable,

iv) the quality of any products, Services, information, or any other materials purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations, and

Antibody Station shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Antibody Station has been advised of the possiblity of such damages),

resulting from:

I) The use or the inability to use the Service.

II) The cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into trhough or from the Service.

III) Unauthorized acces to or alteration of your transmissions or data;

IV) Statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; or

V) Any other matter relating to the Service.
